This has been a very tough year on a lot of families. I have saved up, for months, in order to take my special lady, and our beautiful children, out on a stretched hummer ride on Valentines Day 2010.



Due to a lack of revenue for the company, the owner of Emerald Limousine, Ed, agreed to a deal for me. My family was so unbelievably excited. It was all ironed out and approved. However, the day before Valentines Day, I call to make sure everything is in order, and he informs me that he has given my rental to someone else. It was not for a lack of trust in me, or issues with my payment; it was because the other person offered more money.



When did it become okay that a contract could be broken because someone gets more money elsewhere? That is the reason behind an agreement and contract… you have made a deal, and both sides will hold to it. It should not have been broken. I worked hard for this opportunity, and he wasn’t even going to call me. With absolutely no warning, how was I to explain this to my family?



He is DISHONEST, he is a THIEF, and he is a DISGUSTING excuse for a business owner. Do not place your important event and trust in this animal’s hands. He will leave your loved ones feeling let down and disappointed. He will leave you feeling current businesses should not be trusted. With the way this country has been going lately, no one has the right to take the smile off your loved one’s face. AVOID EMERALD LIMOUSINE LIKE THE PLAGUE… RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!
