Service was horrendous!! First of all, I got microbraids and she put really big one in the middle. She took breaks and didn't even tell me where she was or what was going on. They quoted me one price and charged another. And most of all THE BRAIDS ARE WAAAY TO TIGHT!! I constantly complained and warned that the braids were getting too tight, but she didn't care. The braids started snapping and falling off with the entire strand of my hair attached. When I called to have them removed they had the nerve to qoute me a "take down" price. If you want your edges....use someone else!!!!!
