Camp Daggett, founded in 1925 and Petoskey, Mich., is a nonprofit organization that offers eight-week, coeducational camping sessions for children of ages 7 to 14 years. It offers various activities, such as ropes courses, archery, group sports and games, sailing, swimming, canoeing and fishing, arts and crafts, nature study, hikes and camping. Camp Daggett also offers fencing, soccer, boating, canoeing, fishing, hiking, tennis, and track and field. The camp provides recreational space for activities, such as basketball, floor hockey and volleyball, as well as a classrooms, recreation room, restrooms and equipment storage areas. It organizes various events, such as summer camp, and it also offers Northern Cairn training classes.
