Firstly, the waiting times for an appointment are 45 minutes to an hour to even get in the room then another half hour to 45 minutes before anyone will see you. Secondly, Doctor Lo is an impersonal, rude person who will act like you are wasting his precious time. Thirdly, the staff has the combined expertise of a failing medical student. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a real doctor.

Bring a lunch and a razor because you will wait so long you will have to eat and shave before you get seen. You will more then likely die of old age before you will get seen for what you went there for. Terrible

They need to change the name to Slow care. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours last time I was there. I did like the staff tho. They are very friendly.

Having gone to Dr. Lo for years the service you can expect is at times a 1-2 hour wait and thats even if you have an appointment. He is best to see if you don't expect much from him in the way of any long term health care. He is best in dealing with the stuffy nose syndrome. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about your whole health then I would go elsewhere and I have.
