Always messing. Up orders and certain managers don't even care and when you try to call you can't even get through 9times out of ten and when you drive up there always standing outside smoking I drive from Pevely all the way to Festus just to get taco Bell

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a taco bell. I came in at 2:30 when there were 2 cars in drive thru. I had to wait 5 minutes for the Baja blast man dew to be changed and 12 minutes on my food. Then they wrapped every one of my burritos in the same wrapper so I could not tell which one was which. I returned thinking they had made all the same way. The manager on duty then came up, touched the counter and then unwrapped my burritos to figure out they just wrapped them wrong. She then proceeded to try to give me the burritos back and did not understand why I wanted her to replace them. I heard her in the back talking to another employee about how I would not just take the food. I got the food and when I got home for the second time, I found out that they once again wrapped the two grilles in the same wrapper AGAIN! Also when I tried to eat the quesorito they overflowed it with the habanero sauce because I had them remake it.
