The rent charged for this apartment is ridiculously high. Also the current management would not allow you to shift to a bigger apartment even after your complete your lease. I have stayed in this apartment for 2 years and I requested for a 2bhk apartment since we were having a baby soon. The current management did not think that as a valid reason and we eventually shifted to somewhere else. Also carpets are old but very friendly neighbors. My fiance lived in this complex for years without a problem. I joined him in his current apartment for a year before we moved to a different building for more space on a short-term lease until we bought our house. Aside from being unprofessional (see below), we were sandwiched between two very loud neighbors. Between running / stomping / jumping kids above and constant yelling / fighting / door slamming (20 or so times a day / night, the likes of which rattled pictures on our walls and woke us up regularly) / kicking in doors by teenagers / loud music below at all hours, we were at wit's end. Mind you, we have a child and understand there is a certain amount of noise and activity from children. This was far above and beyond. Talking to the neighbors didn't work. The property managers just wanted to wash their hands of it. They told us that we should expect noise while living in an apartment. The police did nothing. To top it all off, management viewed US as the problem because we had complaints about two neighbors and wouldn't allow us to do a month-to-month lease for one more month while we closed on our house.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was completely apalled at the lack of professionalism by the staff at Concord Village / Copia. When we first moved to the larger apartment, Jennifer, the manager at Concord, disclosed very personal information about our loud neighbors below regarding past abusive relationships, employment and the family situation without inquiry from us. Please don't share personal information with her. Our signed copy of the lease was left rolled up and stuffed in our knocker on the door while we were at work for all to access. Other confidential papers were delivered without an envelope by an unknown man in a dirty "wife beater."-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We are so happy to have left. We no longer dread coming home and we can get a good night's sleep. I worry for our replacement tenants. The management at Concord Village and their corporate office, Copia, are only in it for the money and don't care about their tenants. Apparently, they will rent to anyone. Beware!
