This place can be phenomenal. We went a couple of times, we wanted to make this place our regular vacationing spot and the allure was the Continental/complementary breakfasts. Saves us some money and trouble of running around to eat. The usual rates are fantastic; then to find out on Spring Break the breakfasts are not available or offered even after the DOUBLE THE PRICE RATES. You would think that their gratitude would be to their guests who are willing to pay double the rates AND spend the mini vacation with them. I am beyond disappointed for the NO GRATITUDE treatment.

The person who I tried to book a Saturday into Sunday had very rude tendency towards me probably because she was extremely busy and supposedly could not hear me on the phone. She was smacking her lips and sighing loudly which let me know she is a rude person to begin with.I tried to have my first experience at Country springs hotel with my family and the lady mentioned it was not a good idea for my 2 adult and 3 children. I was appalled for it being a family oriented hotel. But because of her telephone etiquette I refuse to continue business. she gave me the feeling that the rest of my experience IF I would have considered might be a mistake too.

Got food poisoning at the restaurant. They blamed it on the flu. The rooms need updating and had a distinct smell. Kids were running up and down the hall all night.

I loved the hotel me and my boyfriend went and we had the romance package getaway and it was great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We really enjoyed our selves and wouldn't mind going again,very resonable in pricing. I plan to have my son birthday party their this coming july.

This place is fantastic. From the banquet facilities to the water park and hotel. I have never been disappointed. They have affordable rates and excellent service. My kids loved the waterpark and I was very impressed with the amount of lifeguards on duty. I have young kids that are just starting to learn how to swim and I felt extremely comfortable letting them go on their for a while. I would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

BUT HORRIBLE FOR WEDDING RECEPTIONS.... tried canceling a wedding last minute, and wouldnt give us the reception hall unles they were sure no business would want it....
