Our water heater quit, and Jeff was able to organise a replacement in record time. They came and fitted the new one, and took the dead one away with them. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

Jeff came over to my house to fix a small plumbing issue. He quoted a fair price on the phone, came when he said he would, and did a great job. Job was quick and as quoted, definitely recommend!!!

What a great job and personal service provided by Jeff at Franz Plumbing. I'm always skeptical about plumbers - will they do the right thing and do it well. However, no doubt that Jeff is prompt, professional and leaves the scene with everything done perfectly.



He is a perfectionist and just as attentive to the plumbing as to returning the house to perfect condition when the work is done.



He's a master plumber, not just a plumber and it shows in all of his work. Then, the best thing, the price is right too.

Jeff Franz came to my residence to fix my water heater leak. Thank goodness it was a quick fix this time because the next leak will mean it's replacement.



Jeff was very nice. He didn't make me feel stupid or like a homeowner in over my head. He explained the problem in a way that I understood, offered a fix instead of a total replacement, and gave me information for the future too.



He was friendly to my dog and completely respectful of the house. He moved furniture to avoid the risk of a water splatter! The area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived!!



I taped his card to the heater, so I wouldn't lose it, and to the fridge so I could tell others about the service!
