They don't have a good system of referral, if you have a major problem do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This urgent care center is excellent. The few times I've been there as sick as a dog, the staff and Dr. raper have been very caring. Dr. raper is excellent at listening and examining you and coming up with a differential dx so he can better treat you. This latter time i was in pain for over a month and Dr. Raper in one visit made the diagnosis, ordered a few tests and sent me to the Er to get immediate attention. on my follow-up appointment I told him he was accurate in his dx. I'm grateful for Dr. Raper.

Great service for those in rural parts of Ellicott, Peyton, and Falcon. I am very grateful for this group of caring, yet prudent group of healthcare providers. With livestock and other daily hazards of a ranch lifestyle this is the closest facility without having to wait hours at the emergency room. Quality of service is on par with family doctor's office located in Colorado Springs. My family has utilized this urgent care 3 or 4 times since moving here four years ago and would recommend to all lifestyles in the area. I encourage the facility to consider staying open Sundays if the flow of patients supports.

This place has the best service ever. I had several stitches in my finger they were Great. Very Nice, Friendly, & Professional. The Doctor did a GREAT job on my stitches at the end of my finger. You can hardly see the scars. Thank You.

I wish I could use them for primary care. Did not experience any unpleasant staff. Helpful and educational. I've read the nasty reviews, ignore them, not accurate. Recommended by two different people, they didn't praise them enough.

I would go there again, but not if in pain, only if sick. The Dr seems to have a 'tough it out' attitude when it comes to pain. My son got a level 3 spain in his ankle, swelled lot and was in extreme pain, could not sleep, had to use cruches. Dr told him to just take ibuprofen. After 2 days of agony, I called them back, Dr refused to to do anything for the pain. So we made an appointment with our primary care provider, a much further drive, but my son is worth it, Dr at Primary Care provider Rx'd him Naproxen (Rx strength Alieve) which worked great! What annoyed me about the Dr at Falcon Urgent is they assumed I wanted a narcotic for my son. I mean, it almost seems like he is on ibuprofen's payroll.

We waited almost 2 hours to be seen by the doctor! The staff just comes up with excuses and does not care! You are better off going to the ER at least they care!

Their staff is incredible! Front desk personnel are very friendly, the nurses are very knowledgeable and patient, and Dr. Kenneth Raper is very knowledgeable and talented. Not only is he a MD, but he is a DOO, which means he is a doctor and chiropractor all rolled up into one person! His adjustments are GREAT!!!

We use this urgent care frequently and I have never been disappointed by Dr. Raper or his staff. I am so glad to have them close to home!

I like to go to the Falcon Urgent care. I have three sons and all of them ended up getting strep. The doctors here are very helpful and have been very caring and compassionate to me and my kids. My middle son also has T1 diabeties and they have always been EXTREAMLY helpful in his care. Thank you Falcon Urgent Care. You are AWSOME!!!!(PS/ If you are looking for an urgent care, this is the place. dont let the other comments change your mind. It is very petty that people have no regards/understanding that in this life it is not all about them. there is an ER if you need that HENCE the first word *Emergance* take your kid there if you cant wait ) * my wait for an ear infection at ER 3hours*

I love going to this Urgent Care Facility. What many people forget is that they ARE NOT the only people in the world. I have gone to MANY of the other Urgent Care facilities and the wait just depends on situation, how many are before you..etc...Yes, there have been times where I have noticed a few front office actions that I thought were inappropriate, but overall, they are great! Also, due to the size of facility, it makes such things more noticeable.

I was told by the staff that I needed my daughter's pediatrician's office to call in a referral so that they could see her for a strep test. If her pediatrician could see her right away, I wouldn't have had to go to "urgent" care in the first place. Would have been better off heading to an ER, I guess.

We took our little boy for a very painful ear infection. Made us wait over an hour and we finally gave up and left. It ridiculous to make a child who is in distress to wait an hour for nothing.

I came here on 12/14/2011 and had the best service I have ever received at a Urgent Care/ER. The doctor was VERY caring and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and I would drive out of my way to come here.

I would not reccomend this urgent care AT ALL. The website is full of bs about how their staff are caring and will treat you as a person. This is all a lie. I went there today with a migraine and all the doctor did was interrogate me on what primary care dr I have (which I don't bc I just moved here). Then he stated that I'm on medication, so who was prescribing that. I told him that was from a dr in which I used to go to. He gave me 200 mg of Ibeprofin. Thanks, I could've taken that at home. I paid $120.00 for 200 mg of ibeprofin. The dr is a complete jerk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

We visited over the summer for an ear infection and our daughter prefers the doctor she saw here over her regular primary physician. It was a younger male doctor (sorry, can't remember the name) and he was quick, thorough, and courteous the entire visit. We were extremely pleased with our visit as this was our first visit to an urgent care facility and ask for a referral here when our primary doctor is not available.

@ Sharla: I guess you have never held a job recently where health insurance is involved. So complicated. If all you have to fuss about is poor handwriting and a check not cashed for a whopping ten dollars, then it is time you find something to do with your life other than trash working people.

Extremely unprofessional office staff. First bill for services was received 11 mths after visit with nasty "2nd notice" messages in poor handwriting. When contacted, office staff displayed their poor organizational skills and sour attitude. 3 mths later and check is still not cashed but office says account current. The doctor is kind and soft spoken, which explains his staffing woes.

Absolutely horrible! Don't go there.Staff was unprofessional and slow. For an emergency, go into town. There for 3 hours, sitting 2 hours in the waiting room before even taken into an exam room. The PA Timothy Gilbertson was arrogant and rude. Slammed the door when we commented about the wait and then lied about why it took so long. If you want professional, good medical help, take the extra 10 minutes and drive into town. Falcon Urgent Care is abysmal in service and medical care.
