I had dropped off a shirt with an ink stain on the chest & asked if they can remove it. I was told yes, but when I got it back, instead of the ink stain, I had a bleach stain. I took it back to the place & talked to the girl behind the counter, she told me she would try to help me fix this & so she called the mgr. we tried to describe the stain, but I was told in a very rude tone ( by the mgr loud enough on the other side of the phone ) that they didn't use bleach in their facility. They took the shirt back & said the would try & take care of it, but when I got it back, the "bleach" stain was still there.I talked to the same girl & again she called her mgr. I said I would like the shirt to be replaced, since they ruined it & if they weren't able to take c/o stains, they should make people aware of that so we could use a different co. She said she wasn't gonna replace it, since the shirt was ruined already. I asked for the mgr name & was told they're not allowed to give them out.
