Provided by YP.comRepeatedly puts mail in the wrong boxes...either our neighbors mail in our box, or our mail in one of theirs. Post Office told me to call them each time this happens, but when I do, the problem continues.
But yesterday was the absolute last straw. I got an email stating that they had tried to deliver a package but had "missed me", and to follow the instructions left on my door. Only 2 problems with that: 1: I was home all day, expressly waiting for this package - there is absolutely NO way the delivery person could have "missed" me if he/she had done their job, and 2: no notice was left on my door, or any of my neighbors doors...nor on the door to the main office - again leading to the suspicion that they in fact never even bothered to try delivery.
I'm disabled and rely on home delivery for my purchases. It will take me nearly 10 days or more to find a ride out to the Peyton branch to get my package - which I NEEDED yesterday - if they fail to honor my re-delivery request.

Provided by YP.comMail is rarely delivered in a timely manner, even when tracking has shown that it has made it to their facility days ago. Several times per month our mail is delivered to neighbors instead of us, packages and regular mail. When they switch locks on the mailboxes, they leave the old locks on the ground and do not take the locks with them. They charge $40 to have a mailbox rekeyed due to having lost our key and they call it "rekeying" when they put a new lock on the box. We have lived in our home for 8 1/2 years and this is the first time we have had to have it rekeyed, $40 seems like an insane fee. They told me that they do not set the fees, the USPS as a company does. I am currently on hold with USPS to find out if that is accurate. They also rang it up as "non vehicle property damage", saying that of the 200 codes they have to enter, that is the closest one to use for having to put a new lock on due to losing a key. That just seemed odd, to me.
Highly dissatisfied with their delivery service, as well as their customer service. Rich at the front is very brisk and short with responses. DJ, the manager is quite rude, does not offer solutions and has a "that's just the way it is" attitude. I didn't mind waiting to speak to him while he was on the phone, but when he got off the phone and had a conversation with a co-worker about what their spouse was making for dinner, while I was waiting, I found that thoughtless and inappropriate.

Provided by YP.comI'm about fed up...not to count the numerous (sometimes sensitive, personal) mail I have gotten and delivered to my neighbors, to incluse packages. Now I am missing my delivery which is stuff I already paid for and now have to hunt down. What is wrong with this postoffice? Just ridiculous.

Provided by YP.comThey have a new postmaster John, who is one of the most helpful people i've come across any industry (especially this industry and bent over backwards to see if I could pick up the parcel at his post office, great guy. Never a wait either.

Provided by YP.comThis has to be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with.
Quite normal for us to get everyone else's mail....but they have exceeded their total incompetence in a big way. Birthday present from the UK.....out for delivery 9th May and carrier records that a message was left for me......NOT. Today I find the parcel is sitting in Peyton Post Office.........I am incandescent with rage. I can't move on without giving at least one star, otherwise they wouldn't get even that.
