I called a few days ago, and spoke to Jay. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to give me a quote on the phone. I scheduled an appointment, and had him come out. He was very professional. We had thought that the damper to our fireplace was missing, but he found it and reattached it for me. Then he told me where I could go locally to get a part for the damper myself, not trying to get me to purchase it from him at a markup. He recommended caps for my chimney, and also told me where I could get those myself too. He cleaned two flues as well as the pipe to our basement wood stove.



This company and Jay will certainly be going into my phone book!
