Ashley was great. Had a great sales person in Mike Ainsworthey. He was very professional. I found what I wanted with the assistance of Mike. Mike knows his business.

My husband and I had a great experience with our sales associate Savannah who was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She provided all of the best payment options to us and ensured the quickest delivery (3 days) for almost all of our items. We will be shopping here again for more furniture, if the delivery goes smoothly.

I had the best service and selection I bought a sofa, coffee table and a La-Z-Boy Maria was the best salesman.

Go through the doors to Doris! She will help you find just what you want! We needed a few extra pieces of furniture for our home and went to Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville. Doris helped us find beautiful pieces that worked perfectly. Delivery, service and pricing were excellent.

Eric Jefferson was my sales associate. He was and is a professional individual who deserves the highest marks regarding customer service and product knowledge. I purchased living room furniture then went back for a new mattress. Loving all of it!

Beware of doing business with this company. My buffet/china cabinet arrived one piece at a time and was damaged during both deliveries. They refused to satisfy my customer needs. Telling me they could not and would not refund my money. If you want to have a pleasant furniture shopping experience please go some where else. No one deserves the bad service they give. Money is their top priority not good service.

I will always read reviews from now on. First off i wanted a new sofa and love seat. We picked out a set and the sells man knew my husband was not feeling the price, the sells man said if you get this set we will have at your home today, but we had ten minutes to put the order in.Of course this meant the end of looking for us, and my husband agreed . After we left my husband liked a dinning room table he was looking at, and called the sells man back .He asked to add it to the order. He said that the trucks left already with the sofas, and we had to pay a new delivery fee. We said that was okay. As you can guess the sofas never came we waited until 10 pm on a Saturday. We called back and they told us no your stuff is going to be delivered on Monday.We asked them then why did we pay 2 delivery charges? When the set came the sofa had a defect so we sent it back.Then we waited.When they delivered the next sofa i noticed a difference in the love seat and couch. It was faded and had a smell it was used or a floor model. We called the customer service up again and they said they would never send out used furniture. I said thats it .. I told my husband get the a cushion from the love seat and one from the sofa .We took it up to the store to show the manager. He told us he didnt smell anything and that the other cushion was flat because it was a older model lol what ever that meant. He unzipped the back of the old cushion to show us how dumb we were. When he did you could see how dirty the inside was. Then he said he could tell it was maybe a floor model, and asked us to go to the back of the store to his desk.He said that he couldnt do any thing for us we had to talk to customer relations about it. I said i wanted a refund and i was getting a set somewhere else ......lets see how long the refund takes :(

this company is NO GOOD and im never buying my furniture at ashleys again. sell sell sell is all they want to do but when it comes to getting your furniture they send used furniture. if i wanted something used i would of bought it off criags list. anyways im not shopping there.. so dont waste your money....
