First time Ive ever walked out of a dentist appointment before it ever began, The assistant took me in back and told me that I was just going to be receiving an exam. No cleaning. She stated that they needed to "diagnose" what type of cleaning I would need, and that would be a separate appointment. She even said "I don't know if you understand it." Snarky. This place seemed like a sham.
