I scheduled an appointment with Mike at GCR Tire in Pflugerville Texas to have a Ford 12ft box truck alignment done. I made it crystal clear what year, make, model, type and size of truck we had. He said it would be no problem except his alignment tech was not in that day. I scheduled the appointment for the next day 7:00-8:00 AM. I called at 7:00 AM to confirm my appointment. After being put on hold multiple times, I finally spoke with MIke and he stated that his alignment tech was not available until 8:30. later to learn from another technician that he was "out getting some food". I pulled up at 8:30, waited until 9:00 because I could not find an office door or an English speaking technician that could send me in the right direction. I called the office phone number from the parking lot. A man named Mike came out and asked me to pull my truck up too the bay door. Almost immediately a Spanish speaking fellow waved his arms at me implying that I should not be parked where I was told too. Shortly after moving my truck, another man walked up to my truck, knocked on the window and stated that they do not have an alignment lift and they could not do the service that I had scheduled an appointment for the previous day. They were very rude and unprofessional. They did not offer me any other options, just walked away from the truck. I was very clear as too what kind of truck we were having serviced and am very upset they have me waist our valuable company time. GCR Tire Pflugerville should consider changing their management and choose their technicians more wisely. Having multiple locations, it would be terrible to assume a bad name over one location and their awful customer service. I personally will not be using any of the GCR location services based on my experience in Pflugerville TX. -Joel Service Master Professional Services.
