Terrible terrible terrible!!!



First off I moved from out of state. I pay over $150 more than anyone else in a one bedroom if not more. Almost $1200. I had a day to find a place and they made sure they took advantage.



They are very cheaply made. All of the laminate is bubbling up. The cabinets have pieces falling off. I get to listen to my neighbor playing fetch with his dog upstairs. Listen to my others rap music all hours of the night.



Next is the bugs. My god I have ants, Rollie pollies, roaches, crickets, and spiders. I don't mean one or two I have TONS. I went on vacation for a week and when I cam back I counted over 15 crickets. They say they come in on Fridays to exterminate but I work from home so I know this is not at all the case.



Wish I could move out. Make sure you read the fine print on your lease. Most let you sublet and do all the work but still spend money. These apartments make you pay equivalent to 3 months rent and then they can charge you market rent after that until they find someone. Meaning they can hold your apartment as long as they want.



Terrible complex and I am the first to live in it. I have NEVER been more excited to get out of a apartment than I am right now but can't afford 5k to leave.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Unless you like paying for a carport that anyone will park in and management just tells you to put a letter on their car. Or if you like living next to about 10 construction workers that are still working on the complex that all live in one 2 bedroom apt and stand out on their patios with no shirts on in the evening whistling at women and leaving beer cans on the ground. If you like people getting into fights outside your bedroom window and cops being called out three times in one week in the middle of the night. Then this is the place for you. Was one of the first to move in and just got my renewel notice and the rent is going up $100.00. Will not be renewing.
