We went to Lambs for oil change/tire rotation. They began service and the manager came and told us that we needed a special key to remove the tires. We told him that the tool was in the glove box and it was locked and we could not get it open. We said no, it wasn't that important to rotate the tires. He told us that he could see the tool and he would be able to get it open. He told us that he had opened locked boxes in the past and we assumed he was a professional. Two hours later we paid and he did not say anything except that we needed 4 tires and a bunch of services. We got into our car and the glove box was totally ripped from the van and it was destroyed. The front face was broken in to pieces and all the pieces were all over the floor. We had to leave town for a funeral so we just had to leave. I wanted to make sure that everyone knows not to trust them, especially W. Morgan. It cost us over $200 to replace the glove box and fortunately my husband was able to install it or it would have been $600 at the Honda dealership.

This lamb is terrible, please stay away. I once had tire pressure light on after replacing 4 brand new good year tires and come to this store. They did not check what is wrong and just said it is due to weather and filling some air is good to go. They actually do not want to honer the warranty they sold. I had a nail inside tire and run on highway with my 2 month infant. Please stay away from this rubbish tire service if you want to live longer, especially in Texas! Very, Very terrible store!
