We called them on 07/03/15 to fix our refrigerator that was not properly cooling. The guy on the phone at 512-549-2591 said it would be a $55 service call that had to be paid by credit card right then, but if we had them do the repair, the $55 would go to the cost of repair. I had to run an errand when the technician called to advise he was on his way, so my wife showed him where it was when he arrived. When I returned the technician named "Dustin" was just wrapping up and told us to keep our refrigerator unplugged for several ours so that the freezer would defrost and when we plugged it back in everything would work. Well, this was not the case! I looked and nothing was replaced, no new parts, nothing! I called Dustin at 210-287-0449 to advise him of this and to let him know I still had not received my invoice. He said he would send right away. After several days I still had not received, so I called him again to tell him the refrigerator had same issue as before he came. He claimed he put on a main compressor control tube (there is no such part). When I finally got the invoice it had the wrong date, wrong amount and a fictitious part. I paid him $225 by check when he was here and they also ran the $55 I had given by cc. I am now out $280 and the refrigerator is not fixed. Several times Dustin was a no show on bringing my money back. This company operates under several business names, one being Pflugerville Appliance Repair, so do NOT do business with 512-549-2591 nor 210-287-0449 and be very careful if your technician is named Dustin.
