This review focuses on the store and its employees at the Pflugerville location on 685 just north of the HEB.



Those people have always been very professional and courteous. They found a way to save my wife and myself money on our monthly subscription. They also made sure our wireless devices were secure. We recommend them.

To be honest, this is the worst experience I have had with internet service. To start off with, the schedule time for the technician setup was between 11 AM to 1 PM. The technician came at 3 PM and didn't get it working till 8 PM that night! During that time, I called the customer service twice, and the first time they put me on hold for half an hour and they just hanged up. As for the second time, I told them about my situation and they agreed to waived the 7 dollars modem renting fee (outrageous, they said no other option was available as far as buying it directly, so do the math, if you stay there 4 years, renting fee alone would be $336 by itself !) and they were able to reduce my bill by removing the u-voice 200 plan and make it $20 a month. They told me to call Billing the next day since it was already closed. I thought it was a really good deal so I let the technician finish the task. But the next day when I called the service again the guy on the phone said whatever the lady said before was wrong and those fees cannot be waived or change of plan.



Yeah I had friends who did had those modem renting fee waived nor had to pay the crazy $99 installation fee. The communication between different teams are horrible and for future reference, I would definitely not going back to AT&T.
