I recently applied here for a two bedroom after taking my app fee and the fee to hold the apartment the only i got an update on my application is by contacting them. LaToya ( the assistant ) is extremely unorganized and unprofessional after not hearing from them for so long I decided to look else where so i called to cancel my app and get the $100 they charged to hold the apartment for me . Then Latoya tells me because they have not approved or denied me that i can't have my 100 dollars back . It's a SCAM for young people they put a bunch of obstacles in your way and frustrate you until you cancel and the keep you money.



UPDATE

I recently contacted lawyer they say companies will do this so that cost more for you to serve them with court papers then you'd get from them
