Provided by YP.comMoney scam - lied to me on the phone just to get me in for a visit, then back-peddled and left me hanging. Apparently they say anything they can on the phone to get you in and paying. The bad news and dishonesty is revealed once the bill is running. Bad news for them: my call recorder caught the lies.
The recording will go on youtube. I'll drop in some cat pics to view while it plays the audio.
VCA, you wasted my time and money as well as delayed me in handling the welfare of my animals. Isn't that what you do? Animal welfare? More to come on that ...
Their owner response to this will be fun to read. Let's see which angle they take to justify this... "we'll train our people" or "just a miscommunication" ... can't tell me I'm making it up, it's recorded and they'll still remember my visit today with my little cat.

Provided by YP.comthe front desk staff is indifferent, bordering on rude and terribly disorganized. Doctor Sutton and Doctor Weaver are really good vets - but I'm not sure it is worth putting up with the front desk to see them - perhaps they are a little too busy to give my dogs the personal attention they deserve.
