Please do not be fooled by the charming words and promises told by the owner of this banquet hall. Included in my reception were a catering and DJ service, both totally bombed! The food from Alex's Catering(703 East 9 St. Mission, Tx) was horrible it was extremely salty and over seasoned, we advised the chef and he actually told us he didnt taste the food before serving it. What a Chef!! None of our guest ate the food including the bride and groom. The DJ lost the music for our first dance and also ignored all requests for songs. The cake service(D'Sabores, 7501 S. Cage, Pharr,Tx) was also unprofessional. Needless to say all the services listed above did not acknowledge, apologize, or try to fix any of the problems that night considering it was our wedding reception. Stay away from this place! Please find yourself another venue looks are deceiving, don't want this to happen to anyone else. Spread the word!!!
