the service was HORRIBLE! what would normally take 3-5 days turned into 3 weeks. this people are amateurs. the paint didn't match the body or the hood. I understand that it wouldn't be exactly the same, but come on, if they look like two totally different colors, don't give the client a bad job. Then they give the run around about not being affiliated with Pharr Hyundai, but if you know that you are replacing a bumper then maybe you (body shop) should be in touch with them(parts dept). lots of LACK OF COMMUNICATION on BOTH ENDS. When I finally get my car back, there's a scratch on the hood, yet of course they claim ZERO responsibility. Thanks but no thanks. I WILL DEFINITELY be shopping around the next time I am in any need of body work. Think twice before you chose PHARR COLLISION CENTER

Took my vehicle in for simple front bumper replacement....it has been there 9 days now. attempted to pick up twice already but paint work is lousy

After the Hail storm, i was trusted this place because i thought they would use certified parts. Instead, they kept my car hostage for more than a month without telling me how the repair was coming along or even when it would be finished. It even took me two weeks to find out who had my file. I waited patiently and only called once a week, but still never received an answer. I will NOT be returning here ever again, i will NOT recommend this place to anybody.



Do not trust these people with your car! They will lie and give you excuses until you burst a blood vessel! This business should be investigated for carelessness. I don't even understand how they're still open.
