Provided by YP.comAs others have said, these guys are crooks. They are constantly being sued by clients because they do such poor workmanship. Their front office is a total joke! One person will tell you one thing and someone else another. They did not pay one of their subs on the job and it's been nothing but trouble. They do such poor workmanship that their own steel building covering their shop on Johnson Road collapsed under a snow load. They don't return phone calls. They can't keep their plans straight. I'm sure they will be going out of business soon. It was a horrible experience and I'm out money.
Whoever the person that wrote this review is totally malicious the information contained therein is false. Depending on the location our buildings are engineered to carry from a 20 lb to 100 lb snow load. The County of San Bernardino, Building and Safety inspects each and every building to assure that the building will perform as it is designed. In addition there is a 90 MPH wind load. A civil engineer places his stamp an all wet stamped plans and if the buildings were not as indicated they could lose their licenses. To top this off all buildings are inspected by Building and safety to assure that they are as indicated. There is a bolt inspector that certifies that all bolts are properly fastened with the proper torque. We have lived in Phelan for more than 30 years and are proud of our good name.

Provided by YP.comI would never recommend this company to do business with. It took them 5 months to put up the steel building we bought from them-a lot longer then we were origanally told. When I would call to see what was going on - no one knew anything. I was told to contact the contractors they were contracting out the work to-I am sorry isn't that why we hired them. I felt like I was baby sitting this company and I was paying them. I also got notice that one of the contractors hasn't been paid and they are going to put a lien on my property-I already paid Forbes-they haven't paid the contractors they hired. This has been a big mess, there is so much more then just what I have listed. Buyer Beware........Not recommended.
