Daryal Zimbro doesn't even want to fulfill his commitment that he has made on eBay for thousands dollar deal, how can he be trusted to handle the hundreds of thousand, or millions dollar amount of transaction for you. If a person who doesn't respect the contract and rules at all, would you be expecting him to respect you?



Here is the story behind.

I won the bid and contacted the seller, Daryal Zimbro, for me to go inspect the item. However, he simply emailed me back that he's not willing to sell at my winning bid price unless I want to pay the price he asks for.

Daryal Zimpro is more interested in getting his commission than his is in his clients.

Short summery: The owner and I agreed to a lease deposit to hold the property until the first of the month, for what would be 3 weeks. A deposit is completely normal and customery in the case of a lease agreement. There were major repairs needed to be completed before we could move in. So this would be perfect. Daryal Zimbro talked the owner out of accepting a deposit to hold the property. Jigger, (the owner - last name unknown) expressed concerns that Daryal Zimbro may be worrying more about his commissions than his best interest. I agreed with him. I mentioned that something is wrong if Daryal is steering him away from something as common and ordinary as a deposit. 3 days later, the owner calls said that Daryal would now be following his instructions and we would proceed with the deposit and lease agreement. The owner and I again agreed to a deposit and to sign the agreement in 4 days. 2 days later, I drive by the property and notice a family moving in. I was my understanding that I was signing a lease agreement in 2 days and moving in in 2 weeks. I made an agreement to move by the 1st. Because of Daryal Zimbros actions, I only have 2 weeks to find another house to move into.



You can read this draw your own conclusion. I however will never deal with Zimbro realty again and I will repeat this to every person that will listen.
