Chattahoochee Valley Community College educates more than 2,000 students each semester through traditional college courses and other workforce development initiatives. The college offers various career programs, such as banking and finance, management and supervision, computer information systems, visual communications and nursing. It also offers various certificate programs that include administrative technology, child development, criminal justice, emergency medical services, print media and fire science. The college has a library that offers a collection of materials, including books, periodicals, films, video tapes, records and online databases to meet the needs of curriculum. Chattahoochee Valley Community College has been operational for more than 35 years and is located in Phenix City, Ala.
