this place was AWFUL!! previous poster said not to rent here unless desperate... i would rather be homeless!!!! the amentities are a joke, the pool is always dirty and one never works, they are bug infested ive killed several half dollar sized spiders in a days time. husband had a silverfish crawl on his neck in bed, ive had one on me as well plus roaches and some weird bug with long antennas and a ton of legs. the carpet was disgusting when i moved in, there is little natural light so it just feels like a cave and i do think it contributed to my depression. there is trash everywhere, spider webs, cracked sidewalk, stray animals. i could go on for days. my electric bill was always horrendous because the insulation sucked, i could have it running 65 and it felt like 75 still! management... where do i start?! i wish i knew the b****es name that i talked to today!! she was so rude! the location sucks also! and i almost forgot! my husband killed a 3 foot long friken snake right outside our door!!!their cleaning list for move out is a joke!! they charge you 4$ if the sink stopper is not 'in place'....REALLY!? they will nickel and dime you for every cent you have. its just pathetic, this place needs to be bulldozed! jp thayer should be ashamed!
