charged a rent deposit and security deposit . when we moved in had a rodent problem also also had a wall patch that fell out when we bumped it putting in the couch (called to get fixed, didnt happen ) along with the rodent problem...found a better place moved out quickly....not only kept deposit (pet and security) but put a collection for 305 on my credit report....oh I forgot to say I was military and sent my deposits from Texas....

I have some of the rudest neighbor's music to loud 24/7 moving asap asked them to turn out down several times but nothing

Whoever believes this is excitable living is confused and most likely trash. These are apartments should come with a warning label!!!! Yes, they fix things but does fixing anything make you safer? No. Expect loud and rude neighbors, expect to have your car broken into and your things stolen (even if it’s just cds or change) expect a manager who doesn’t care about you, but about your rent on time. You sign a paper stating you are supposed to watch your children at all times, which does not happen. Legacy States DOES not have 24 hour security, and any damage the children outside who run wild do. YOU will eat the cost, not the parents because even pointing out the child whom did it. They will still hold you to taking care of it. There is a major shady practice of them telling you “You can only use Cable Tv of East Al”.
There is black mold in the bathrooms, and they suggest you use bleach to clean it up when you notice it. You have ghetto people all over littering; most of the appeal to this place is how cheap it is. Saving money will not save you from nonstop issues and repairs. Be wise in your choice because it’s costly to break a lease.

Don't listen to Danni H. she is exaggerating. This is a good place, yes it is cheap but the management is good, yes they have had a lot of new people in the office but the manager does care, she is available 24/7 and so is maintenance. It is not the manager's fault about Cable TV of East AL, they are under contract with them not much you can do to fight that.

Cool place to stay for the price. Good people in the front office. They were friendly and helpful, always available when I needed them. I was new to Columbus they were able to tell me the best places to go for dining, shopping, and hanging out. Maintenance comes quick to any issue. Its clean and quiet with good neighbors.
