Thats my best experience I ever have in a oreillys store I just arrive between 930 PM 30 mins for the close of the store asking about alternator and water pump , Ernie the manager give me the price of both parts when I ask if I could install during the night and return my warranty alternator next day he said we close in 30 mins but we can wait until you finish to install both parts(alternator and waterpump) we have tools that you can use to make easy the labor I finish at 1130 PM and they just help me at any moment and when i finish with a great smile just said good luck i believe that if all the people be like ernie and the other guy that stay in that store the world will be different thanks to give me the opportunity to solve my situation and dont loose and spent more money in a hotel to arrive at my destination God bless that guys to make a better place.....
