The customer service here was bad. There were a couple of nice people, but overall it wasn't worth the money and I canceled my membership after two days. Also, to get a membership they require that they take it out of your bank account with an ongoing draft, rather than paying up front like other tanning salons. The lotions are way overpriced as well. Save your money and go to one of the many other salons in PC or Columbus and get much better service.
