My only regret is that they do not have one near me in Columbus. It is ALWAYS worth the drive from Columbus for my family and I to be seen quickly and with graciousness. The providers always explain things in ways we can understand.

We have always had great experiences here. We saw the nurse practitioner today because it was so busy. She was very nice and thorough even though there were many patients to be seen.

I went to another urgent care this morning with a cut to my leg from hanging Christmas decorations. When I walked in there, the doctor looked at me and said he wasn't comfortable with sewing me up. We called around and found out Stopwatch in Phenix City does do cuts. We went there nd they fixed us up! We were literally in and out in about 40 minutes. What a great blessing this place is to Phenix City. I wish they would put one up in Columbus.

Went to Stopwatch Phenix City for the first time when I cut my hand this morning. Dr Roberts sewed my hand up and now you can hardly tell there was even a laceration. Maybe he should have been a plastic surgeon! A+++.

Dr Roberts has always been the BEST. We started years ago going to his Moores Mill location and when he opened up here in Phenix City, we were so glad. He has found things on my husband that other urgent cares just brushed off (cancer on his nose). Dr Roberts took a biopsy and got us the care we needed. We will forever be grateful for Stopwatch.

I have been seen at this Urgent Care a couple of times. The staff and physicians are great. They had me in and out very quickly. I would not go any place else to be seen.

I have been a patient there multiple times and have seen different providers each time. It is refreshing to see kind, caring Physician and who takes their time in addressing your needs. When you work , you do not have a lot of time spent away from your job. Excellent Urgent Care facility!

Was seen recently. I could not get to my primary care doctor that was 3 hours away, so I took a chance. There was some horse playing and giggling from the nursing staff as I walk from the room back out into the patient area to go home. The laughter grew louder once I was on the other side of the door. I never been in a place where nurses were that silly and childish... Please stop treating your patients like that.

Without a doubt...best experience I've ever had with urgent. Got in quickly, diagnosed, and out in about an hour. I will recommend Dr. Hastie and his staff to everyone. Thank you Stopwatch, for such speedy and excellent service. Professionals all the way.

The building is nice& so are the employees. I was in &out in around 45 minutes. I went in for rash &after 5 days it didn't get better. So i went again& was prescribed stronger medication to take for 10 days. I started to experience serious side effects so I called to speak with a doctor instead of going a 3rd time. They said they would return my call. To give them the benefit of the doubt it was close to closing time. the next day still no returned call I decided to call again. The receptionist apologized &said they were busy & that she would let the doctor know I called again. You would figure that after the side effects I mentioned to the receptionist (irregular heartbeats, vision problems, numbness in limbs&motor skill problems) they would contact me. Especially since i had to call again. Well, they never did. It's been 5 days since I contacted them the 2nd time. I am very disappointed because the office seems professional. It makes me feel that they did not care about my symptoms.

My nephew was recently seen at the Stopwatch Urgent Care in Phenix City for a rash. He was sent home with some cortisone cream and my sister was told to give him benadryl. 24 hours later the rash had intensified, he was lethargic, and had 104.0 fever. We then took him to the ER and he was diagnosed by the infectious disease DR there with meningiococcal menningitis. He seriously could have DIED!! Upon further review of the urgent cares owned by this doctor I discovered that several of the Dr's he employs have whats called a "public file" on their medical licensure. PLEASE go to Alabama Board of Medical Examiners web site and review the physician you or your family will probably be seen by. Several of the Dr's have had disciplinary action taken against them for sexual misconduct with employees/patients or history of drug/alcohol abuse. Is that who you really want yourself or your family to be seen by? It may be worth the wait to see your own primary care MD or to be seen in the ER.

I went in there today at 4:50. This woman receptionist rather glared at me then asked if I had ever been there before. I replied that I had not, and she huffily handed the clipboard and pen to me, and instructed me to fill out paperwork. A man in scrubs walked toward the window and exclaimed "F#@K" when he saw me standing there. With that I told the woman behind the desk that I had heard what he said and would not be treated there. She apologized, and I simply said I was glad that they were in this field for the right reasons (being sarcastic).

Best experience ever! I went in with a sore throat (which got misdiagnosed at American Family Care). I HAD been treated for strep but wasn't getting better. Stopwatch actually nailed it, MONO! Feeling so much better now thanks to Stopwatch!

I will never go here again they turned me away the old hag in the front office was extremely rude. I felt like she was prejudice. I have great insurance but would rather go somewhere else. If the receptionist is this way I could only imagine what the dr was like Dodged a bullet!

I went in in February with a sore throat, the first time I was there I was told it was sinus drainage, I got a shot and a prescription. Two weeks later I still had the same sore throat, I went back in. Dr. Roberts was arrogant and told me again it was still sinus drainage, I took new medicine. Another two weeks go by I still have a sore throat. I went somewhere else they did an endoscopy, I have an ulcerated esophagus. They not only were way off Dr. Roberts was real arrogant about it. I can understand missing it the first time thinking it was sinus, but when I went back two weeks later they should have looked for something else and not have been smart about it!

On Tuesday March 8th 2016 my mother and I walked into the urgent care on summerville road in Phenix city Alabama at 6:55p.m. to have myself checked by a doctor because my family and I believe I have bronchitis due to the severe coughing spasms I am having. When we walked inside we were refused to be seen by the receptionist because, and I quote "we close at 7:00p.m. but we stop taking patients at 6:45p.m.. We open back up at 8:00a.m. though." I work as a substitute teacher for Lee county and the fastest I could come in today would be 5:00p.m. so even though your clinic was open at the time I was refused any type of treatment and had to continue through the night with no medical aide and must continue to do so through work today. My question is why do you allow this? If your clinic refuses to see patients after 6:45p.m. why say your business hours end at 7:00p.m. instead of 6:45p.m.? And would I still have been refused treatment if I had a urgent medical emergency?
