I have been using Tri-City Cleaners for 23 years, since I moved to the South. They have become my friends and treat me like family. They take care of my clothes with special attention to how I like certain details. Great cleaners!

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. Bad attitude. Acts like it's a bother to them to have a customer. Took in a jacket for alterations and was not ready on time for when I was told. I will never do business again with this place. Do you self a favor and stay clear of tri city cleaner. I o lyrics wish I could give negative stars rating, it would be a minus 10

Worst customer service I have ever received. I was told by and employee that said didn't have time to deal with me. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she flat out said no. The fact that she wouldn't get a manager for me makes me think there is something going on there that she doesn't want anyone to know about. Also I turned my dress in on fri was told my dress would be ready mon at 9am and it is 4pm and they still don't have my dress. I will never ever deal with this store again and I would suggest you don't either.
