This company is so bad and crooked it's unbelievable. I have not purchased gas from this company for over 2 years and I do not have one of their tanks. I received a bill for $381.00 I called and the lady informed me that I owe money for NOT BUYING GAS? NOT BUYING GAS? If they think I'm paying the bill their out of their mind.

I don’t understand how a company like this stays in business in today’s economy. If you’re lucky someone may answer the phone, but most of the time all you get is an answering machine. They never return phone calls; they never do what they say and they NEVER deliver you propane on time, you might wait weeks for a delivery. Here’s the real kicker when they do show up they cause property damage, and then tell you it’s not there reasonability to repair the damage! If you want a lot of frustration, dissatisfaction and a company with employees who continually lie then use United Propane Gas. You might pay a little less for their propane; but remember you always get what you pay for. My recommendation for United Propane Gas is stay away! You will be happier if you do I only wish I would have read the reviews first.
