Provided by YP.comA sad disappointment. We called regarding Appliance Repair because our older range was running a low temperature. We new it was likely a thermostat. AJ told us that parts were readily available and sent a serviceman. The serviceman was polite and courteous and confirmed it was the thermostat. The next day we were told that parts for this range have not been available since 2014! Rather than checking to see if parts were available first, before sending a serviceman and charging me close to $100, AJ didn't bother. (We did ask AJ if we located the thermostat, would they install it. AJ never bother responding. Although we are not 'experts' we were able to find and order the thermostat from a distributor in less than 10 minutes.) AJ was a waste of time and money. Very very poor service.

Provided by YP.comThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. No one answers the phone ever! This means you have to leave a message every time and someone will get back to you. The person who does return your call is extremely rude! If you work during the day which I assume most people do, you either have to take off from work or quickly get home once the technician arrives. It would have been nice to know in advance that they offer a 30 minute courtesy notice. This was not mentioned to me until the woman over the phone gave me attitude because I was late letting in the tech (because I have a career and cannot sit at home for 4 hours to wait for people).
I finally get through the scheduling process and someone comes out to diagnose the problem which I pay for. I was told that parts have to be ordered; this was on June 9th. I had to call back several times to ask for the cost of the parts and to schedule another appointment. In the meantime my dishwasher is leaking all over the floor to the point where I had to put a pan underneath which had to be emptied every hour or there would be a pool of water everywhere. The leak has damaged my kitchen floor and increased my water bill.
A month later, July 10th, when the parts arrive, the technician returns to fix the initial problem and says that they are not responsible for the leak although I have never had to clean up water every hour before his initial diagnosis. Businesses in this city do a poor job of providing customer service. I have only lived here for a few years but noticed that this was an issue right away. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

Provided by YP.comIgnorant and rude. I agree with the other review that states they act like they are doing you a favor. I should've listened to a friend that told me not to use them after they tried to over charge him. They quoted him a service charge then called him back and gave him a higher quote, not realizing they already gave him the original one. I'll never use them again and I use to use them a lot.

Provided by YP.comMy home heater died on one of the coldest days of the year and I called them and they came within an hour or so. The service was great. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. They fixed it fast and was out the door. I highly recomend them. The price was great as well!!!
