I recently purchased four 32oz cans of Sweet Dekota Ribbon Cane syrup, while it had a taste of cane syrup, I found the consistency was more like corn syrup. In my 67 years, raised on a farm and eating cane syrup for most of my life, I find the syrup pours from the container smoothly and kind of runny.

The syrup I received poured more like syrup on a cold morning or corn syrup. Just saying.

I should have looked for the word "Pure"
