Recently I went through drive thru, ordered 3 items, was asked to pull up and wait for two of the items. I waited and waited and waited, finally went in to check on my order. I was told it would be ready in just a few minutes. While standing there, two people came to counter, asked to see employee working in kitchen. While they were waiting for employee, three elderly women came in, one using a walker, making her way to counter to order. The employee came from the back, came around from behind counter (to go outside and "visit" with the two), she literally walked between the elderly lady and counter, maybe in a 12 inch space, causing the elderly woman to stop, pull back her walker. Employee NEVER said excuse me, sorry, etc. just went on out with her friends. I went from totally frustrated (having to wait on order for so long) to LIVID because of the rudeness and disrespect this employee exhibited. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this restaurant, drive thru or inside! The owners of this restaurant need to train staff on "people skills", but I guess you can't instill morals and respect in people!����
