I had a leak in my apartment that caused damage to the ceiling drywall and two light fixtures. It was a relatively small job so getting a contractor to give me an estimate and do the work in a timely manner was tough. Adam was quick to respond to my phone call and showed up on time for the estimate (a big improvement over many other contractors I dealt with). The renovations ranged from minor work like touch up painting, fixing knobs to major work including a new down spout and gutter system, drywalling, and basement drylocking.
