I went here to get some work done for the very first. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. B immediately put my mind at ease. She was so kind and gentle and she did a great job with my teeth. I defiantly recommend Dr. Bita to anyone who is looking for a kind and skillful dentist. Thank you Dr. Bita.

They told me I had advanced periodontal disease and I needed an expensive procedure that they would submit to my insurance company to see if they would pay. i got a second opinion by a "best of Philly" periodontist. He told me not only do I not have periodontal disease but my gums are in optimum health. This place needs to be sued. They charged my insurance for procedures that they never did. They said they cleaned my teeth. Nope. They never scraped a tooth. They never made any effort to clean my teeth at all. They gave me twenty x-rays! This was excessive and was an effort to pad the bill further. They charged my insurance for "teaching me how to brush my teeth." Never happened. I'm not five years old. They charged my insurance for giving me fluoride. Unless they are counting some fluoridated water I drank, then no. It's sad people are letting them get away with this. They are defrauding their patients and getting paid by our insurance company.

They ripped me off and billed me $500. They said they accepted Concordia. They asked me when I last was examined. They then proceeded to give me ten x-rays which I was not covered for because I had x-rays taken 24 months ago and the insurance company only covers x-rays every 36 months. they quickly ran a polisher over my teeth. The insurance company said they only cover that for children under 19. I was not covered. At no time did they make me aware that these services were not covered. Beyond that, the dentist was with me for three minutes and acted like she could not be bothered. It's a scam.

The dentist was cold and inattentive. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes and was distracted the whole time. Their cleaning consisted of running a polisher across my teeth once. Just a hacky ghetto place that doesn't care.

Great care/ friendly staff. Appointments are very hard to get and forbid you if you need to reschedule!
