I have been a member for over 20 years, and have had some problems with customer service; however the problem was resolved and received great resolution.....Thank you for being the BEST credit union

American Heritage Federal Credit Union is not FDIC approved, But NCUA, which is specifically for credit unions. Hours of operation for the main office are Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM.

I've banked with AMHFCU for a long time now. I've even gotten most of my family to bank with AMHFCU over the years...But I'm a little disappointed that now they've gotten knit-picky and are charging for a lot of things they didn't charge before. It's a shame, but if I come across another even more traditional credit union, I'm switching!

This credit union brings good old fashioned customer service back while using the latest in technology to assist in today's finances. I walked into this credit union a couple of years ago and have found it to be the full service type that I need. I highly recommend them for a mortgage refinance, car loan and savings. They support a worthy nonprofit organization, too.
