Provided by YP.comBy doing business with ALB Granite for my second home project, can't be more happy! I always recommend them to all of my friends, and I know that they are very happy too.

Provided by YP.comI was very unhappy with my ALB counters. We started the work in September. We waited past October, November, December and January! We not only had to wait until the second week of February but we had to settle for mediocre! Even after two templates they messed up a seams on he counter!
The customer is never number 1 at ALB. No one should have to wait with bare cabinets and no sink during the holidays and a busy school year. We have remodeled a few kitchens to know what the real deadline can be if you have effective suppliers. They gave us a run around, we felt like we were in a three stooges movie. We had better luck ordering what we wanted from Home Depot and Lowes, and that was for a good quality quartz. Shame on you ALB. you give small business suppliers a bad name.

Provided by YP.comWe worked with the ALB granite location in Rio Grande NJ. Carolyn did a great job showing us some style of granite and quartz for our condo. Once we selected what we wanted the templating was scheduled around our schedule and the install team was excellent. We are thrilled with our choice of counter top and ALB. Their service was excellent.

Provided by YP.comI went with Alb because their price was the best (by about $200). That was a mistake. Things started going poorly when they showed up to install my two countertops. First, neither had the edge I selected (and was written on my receipt)- demi-bullnose. They were half-bullnose. Not a big deal if these were the only countertops in my kitchen, but they weren't. I was trying to match the existing countertop. Second, the bar countertop did not fit properly, almost as if the template wasn't followed. The install guys (who were the only competent cog in this business) tried to adjust on-site but weren't able to. It seems that Alb's templater is, in the words of an Alb employee themselves, a "moron." So push my install back another week. Bob explained that he didn't know what edges his staff cut and that they only do half-bullnose edges at Alb. So even though he agreed and wrote demi-bullnose on receipt, I was stuck with half-bullnose. The install crew was also supposed to bring up a 2 x 3 piece of scrap left over when my two countertops were cut. This piece was cut at the yard but wasn't delivered either time the install crew showed up. After searching their granite yard, they determined it must have gone missing. I had to drive down to the yard and select a similar piece of scrap. Leo then came out and overrode my decision before they cut it, which I wasn't made aware of until they were loading it into my car. At this point, I just wanted to be done with Alb so I took it. [This was the culmination of about 3 weeks of back and forth where not once did anyone at Alb call me back when they were supposed to- days would pass when they were supposed to get back to me later that afternoon.] If saving a few bucks is worth this kind of a hassle, then use Alb. If not, go with a more reputable business.

Provided by YP.comI had ALB-Granite remodel my master bathroom in granite (41 square feet of toilet, tub, and sink) and I found them to be more then adequate. As for quality of work: I’m happy, my granite countertops are quality. All the tiles are level and all the edges are excellent. I did pick out nice granite slabs, which makes a big difference, but costs a little more. Their web site has a frequently asked question page, which answered most of my questions, and then I asked questions before the work. As for me I got more then I paid for.

Provided by YP.comThese guys did all the granite work at the swanky new McFadden's Restaurant in Philly's Citizens Bank Ballpark. So basically the ballpark is one of there showrooms, granite countertops for miles. ALB-Granite is a family run company, that specializes in Classic European Granite Work. They do such good work that the stadium of the World Champions uses their granite craftsman and expertise. They just completed our Hotel Restaurant and the work is top notch, price is not bad at all. I will recommend highly.
