All City Taxi

I joined today just to write this review. I have been using All city Taxi for years now. I work at Sugarhouse casino and use All city 1-2 times per week. I also use it to visit a family member in a rehab hospice downtown. Well this morning I called at about 5:50 for a taxi at 6:30. When 6:35 came and no taxi I called and when I asked the a-hole dispatcher where my taxi was, he said the computer was down and he'd call me back. Well 5 minutes later he called me and said there were no taxis available. I said "I wish you had told me that when I called earlier". This nut went off on me saying "every time your taxi is late you call here screaming." I was speechless. I have never screamed at them at all. I've been a loyal customer for years. Needless to say, I took the bus to Sugarhouse Casino. When I got there, there were 4!! All city taxis just sitting there outside the casino waiting for a fare. (Sugarhouse is only 8-10 minutes away from me, so how could there be no taxis available to come pick me up??) I think I know what happened.... When i called at 5:50 to order my taxi, dummy dispatcher did not put it in the system. Anyway, there are plenty of other taxi services avaialble in Philly. I WILL NEVER USE ALL CITY AGAIN. THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP. There number has been deleted from my phone.
