Provided by SuperpagesThis company is terrible. The drivers are routinely late for their pick ups, and often get patients to appointments late. Occasionally they are so late that the appointments need to be rescheduled. They deal with very sick people and treat them like garbage. Why any insurance company would pay this company is a mystery to me.

Provided by SuperpagesI observed a driver from this company driving very carelessly on Academy Rd and then on 95. He was bumper to bumper with the car in front of him and sped through the construction zone at over 80 mph. Hopefully he had no passenger on board and glad he didn't cause an accident. Reckless.

Provided by SuperpagesThe driver for this private ambulance company was over 40 minutes late for the scheduled pick up time.My brother made several calls to their office and was met with apathy. We called the first time when the driver was 10 minutes late, and were told that the van was about 5 minutes away. We wheeled my mother in her wheelchair outside in the 95 degree heat to wait since he was already late. The driver came a half hour after that! When he finally arrived and loaded my mother in the van, he would not leave until he was paid! We told him that my mother was already late for the appointment and that we would pay him as soon as the van arrived at the office. He said that he would not leave without being paid.We paid the driver and the van took her to the doctor's office.By the time we got my mother up to the office, we were so late that the doctor's office was closed! We then waited to be picked up.They sent a regular van which couldn't carry a wheelchair. It took another hour to get her home.
