ey If I could give Atid 0 stars I would. Obviously the previous poster Jolly Rogers was someone on staff of Atid.. because what was said in that post is utterly ridiculous... her only post on this website.... I have lived at Atid and the management is the worst... ROZA the property manager is rude, incompetent.. I am not sure how she continues to keep her job despite all the complaints online and otherwise..Once they get you to sign that lease, they don't care whatever happens for the term of the lease.. no maintenance, the building is in disrepair and the appliances are old and useless...The people who work here are extremely disrespectful and incompetent...Do not rent from ATID..that would be the worst time of your life...Avoid the headaches and go someplace else...Beware of the fake review of 4 stars... Its 0 stars and thats too many..
