To begin the administrator is rude to every customer that I have witnessed her with. They don't have professional technicians on the site. They demolished my car. It was worth more during the accident than now. They had the car almost 8 weeks and I finally had to take it because I was out of the rental. I took it to the dealer and their technician wrote a report that the car is out of spec, meaning the lines and gaps don't line up. The paint didn't match so it had to be. painted again. They painted it 3 times and it wasn't right. They sprayed paint on the silver grill and the hood was and still is crooked. The car should be worth between 35000 to 27000. It was appraised at 15000 to 10 because of the poor body repairs. When you call there they always say they will call you back and never do. After they wrecked my car the staff told me that the technician had left the company. So who is fixing all of these cars that are in their garage. Ask around the neighborhood. Their reputation is getting out there...One more thing they have guys in tow trucks with a set up that pretend to be witnesses at the scene. When police interview them they don't know anything. The pictures provided were taken after they did the work. And I am still trying to get it corrected. Also they didn't reconnect my windshield washer fluid hose and it can't be reached because they pinned it between the bumper and grill... Be careful
