Absolutely the worst experience ever. I took my son there for his first haircut in September. the barber whose name was Abe, was very unprofessional and not friendly. He began cutting my son's hair before the other Barber got the camera ready. So most of his hair was gone before they got the first picture. I had to say, "So... why are you going to keep cutting his hair if we're not ready?" Then Abe looked like he was upset that he had to wait. I was going to leave then but half of my sons hair was off of his head. Abe was a total mess. And the website advertises that they make you a DVD which is very untrue. It is in actuality, a CD ROM of a slideshow of the pictures. All in all it was a bad experience I will never go there again!
