No stars from meHorrible place of business. Went to wash a rental car, before I took it back. As I entered the undercarriage I hear a loud tap on my windshield, then a cracking noise. I notice as I hear the sound a line is forming in the windshield. I say to myself, "I know that didn't just Crack my windshield." When I leave the undercarriage, I bring it to the managers attention. He just flags me off & says file a police report. Then he informs me that it was my fault & they weren't going to pay for it. He said the windshield already had a Crack on it. That was not true he never saw a Crack in the windshield of the car but to shuck responsibility, he blamed me. It cost me 223.00 to fix the rental car & I would recommend that no one goes to Bubble tunnel car wash. If something happens to your car while inside their undercarriage they don't assume responsibility.

maybe you are right my friend, but please try to remember; it could happen when you call a hospital also or any any other customer service.

any way i was there and washed my car and it still shiny, bright, and soft touch for more than 2 weeks, that was amazing, they used a great chemicals.

I called to inquire if this car wash was an automatic car wash. When the phone was answered by a gentleman, after shaking off laughter, apparently from something funny on his end. I asked "if they were an automatic car wash?" They're response was "No it is not, can't talk right now, we are busy, and then a hang-up." All in one sentence. Obviously, they aren't in need of business.
