I had purchased 2 cars from here one for cash was used it was a good car and lasted along time. Then I purchased a 3 year old car for myself I think after trade in it was like 12,000.00 was never late for a payment. I went back in 2013 to again purchase a used vehicle I had 7500.00 cash plus my car and they said my income to ratio was not good enough. I said I just paid off a 5 year car note without one late payment, to bad no deal. I have a good friend who is a salesman there and a super nice guy but that was that. I went down the road to Gary Barberra's was approved immediately for an 18,000.00 car they made it easy kept my payments where I wanted them I would go back in a minute. Will never go back to Chapman.

I went to this place just looking for a new car. I was not in the lot 2mins before a saleman came up to me asked us what kind of car we were looking for. He then said let me run your credit to see want u can get approved for. So he ran my credit and came back and said you are only approved for this one car. But you have to lease it for two years. So I left and went to Dunphy Ford car dealer and was approved right away. If you don't have 750-800 credit score forget going here.

I called to reserve a Lincoln MKZ in April for 4pm yesterday. I went to pick up the vehicle yesterday at 3:30pm and they gave me a Lincoln Towncar. If this was not for a prom I would have accepted it. However, the girl had already bragged to all of her friends that she would arrive in her favorite car. Well, not only did they give me a hard way to go; but we waited until 6:30pm for them to clean a Lincoln MKS (not a MKZ). The vehicle had a dent on it, about 6 deep scratches, and a tear in the seat on the driver's side. Since Jessica, the child going on the prom needed to leave by 7:30, I had to take it because all they had left was 2 small vehicles and it was too late to go somewhere else. The manager stated that the best she could do was charge $75 instead of the $69.99 the car originally cost to rent the car I asked for??? The excuse was they could not guarantee a particular model. The guy on the phone that I reserved the car with did! He said "we have one left for the day you want it, Do you want me to reserve it for you?" Also, the website even has the models and the prices to rent that particular model. Only their Nissan says xyz model or similar, not their luxury cars.



I will never go back, and have already told my church members, neighbors, friends, family and students at Temple not to go either. I thought others needed to know about their service as well.

I dealt with Rich he was great, made the process very quick and easy on me and my husband.



they definitely are for the customers and its just not a job to them either.



i highly recommend if you want a smooth transaction when purchasing or leasing a car or truck,this dealership is the one to go to!!
