Our civic association hired Coren Wise to represent us against an appeal by a developer who wished to demolish a 19th-century house in order to build 3 townhouses, and needed a variance to do so. The zoning board supported our opposition, but the developer appealed the matter to Common Pleas and Commonwealth Courts. Mr. Wise won in both venues. We find his approach to be smart, practical, and clear-minded, and his style to be open and respectful. This was the second good outcome our organization has had using Mr. Wise's services.

Mr. Wise handled a zoning case for my wife and I in South Philadelphia, PA. He did an excellent job preparing himself, us and our case for all zoning hearings.
