Stay away from shopping here as they do not provide good customer service in any shape or form on top of it, charge very high prices.
We shopped around to find a high quality recliner. We thought we found our perfect chair (Ulli Relaxer), however after less than 1 1/2 years the foot rest's leather started to bubble up and peel. When we contacted the Downingtown Dane Decor store where we had purchased our recliner, we sent over pictures to show them the problem. The owner said it was our fault and not the manufacturer's, implying we had done something to damage the leather. We wrote back and said we always had the chair away from sunlight and do not have pets or children who could have spilled something on the foot rest. We asked them to send out a representative to examine the leather him/herself but they refused and even worse, continued to insist it was our fault. This is the worst small business customer service we have ever encountered. Clearly we will shop here never again.
