The center provides a variety of development programs related to decision making, discharge planning, medication education, hygiene, problem solving, and arts and crafts. It also offers training services in the areas of sorting, collating, labeling, food service and industrial subassembly. The WES Health Center is a part of the WES Health System, which is one of the largest African-American-managed behavioral health care providers in Pennsylvania.
